I need help concerning Network Analyst. I have a polyline shapefile with a projected coordinate system defined containing the streets of a city and its respective names and length. However, there is no enough information to create a network dataset and utilize network analyst. I would need the step by step to define which streets are one-way or two-way and to insert specifics addresses from the file containing the streets and, hence, find those addresses.

If you want to learn how to set up data and create network dataset, I will suggest that you go through the Network Analyst tutorials for that. They have sample data that you can examine on how to set up feature attributes and then map them to network dataset attributes. See link below:
