I geocoded the locations of all houses of families. My company is providing 2 trucks to collect garbage from these families. I also clustered the 300 families as 1 unit. So, now I had to solve for vehicle routing problem. The result what I am about to be expecting is that there would be a vehicle routes through all the clusters formed by the families. There will be U-turns and time as impedance factor. I followed the instructions in ArcGIS help. But I didn't have any tutorials.
