topic VRP Solver with traffic in ArcGIS Network Analyst Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-network-analyst-questions/vrp-solver-with-traffic/m-p/547993#M5313 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Hello, I am using ArcMap 10.3.1 Network Analyst to resolve some VRP with historical traffic data. </P><P></P><P></P><P>I am having problems when using restrictions, e.g., one order has a time window of 13PM to 16PM, when solving, VRP says me that it will arrive on this order at 15:50PM but, when I open directions window it shows me that in real I will get there at 16:15PM.</P><P></P><P></P><P>Does the VRP solver already consider traffic data?
