Network analysts - assign different costs after certain no. of stops

Hi there,

I am using the VRP solving from Network Analyst for optimized planning of cable routes.

Therefore it is required to assign different costs as exampled below. I have e.g. 6 routes:

I can't assign those costs to the network edges, as they are dynamically.

Is there a way to assign these costs dynamically to the Routes Layer or someway else in a way that the VRP considers these costs dynamically?

Or could you point me to another solution of this problem?
