They can be useful in some applications related to school bust routing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.esri.com/geoprocessing/index.cfm?fa=codeGalleryDetails&amp;amp;scriptID=16044"&gt;Determine Optimum Allocation Tool&lt;/A&gt;: This tool will help you to allocate students to schools considering school capacity. While the Closest Facility solver in network analyst assigns students to the closest schools, it does not consider school capacity. This tool does consider school capacity and can be used for redistricting applications&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.esri.com/geoprocessing/index.cfm?fa=codeGalleryDetails&amp;amp;scriptID=16021"&gt;Partitioning Tools&lt;/A&gt;: These set of tools can be used in locating bus stops. For example, if you have student locations with total number of students at each location, then the tools can be used to create groups such that particular capacity is not exceeded.
