    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am planning to connect houses with Fiber To The Home or FTTH, i was just wondering that location allocation tool in arcgis network analyst may helpful in doing this. So coming straight to requirement:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Demand points are houses say 300 houses&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Facilities are intersection points (where two or more streets intersects) say 120&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Requirement is to find &lt;SPAN style="color: #e23d39;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;30 best locations out of 120 to minimize overall cost&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; and &lt;SPAN style="color: #3a0699;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;total number of demand points per facility should not be more than 10.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #303030;"&gt;Is it possible to do this? How i will combine these two constraints? Which analysis type suites best to this requirement?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #303030;"&gt;Thanks in anticipation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you have 300 demand points and 120 candidate facilities and want to choose 30, each with a capacity of 10, use the Maximize Capacitated Coverage problem type and set the Default capacity to 10 and number of facilities to choose as 30 and solve!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jay Sandhu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
