Facilities are intersection points (where two or more streets intersects) say 120</P><P>Requirement is to find <SPAN style="color: #e23d39;"><STRONG>30 best locations out of 120 to minimize overall cost</STRONG></SPAN> and <SPAN style="color: #3a0699;"><STRONG>total number of demand points per facility should not be more than 10.</STRONG></SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="color: #303030;">Is it possible to do this? How i will combine these two constraints?
