    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have a consultant starting to do some specialty work and I took my working directory and copied it to the new desktop for the consultant.&amp;nbsp; Everything works the same exept for a couple of tools I created using model builder.&amp;nbsp; These tools work fine on my machine but not this new desktop.&amp;nbsp; I can use NETWORK ANALYST manually and create the service area I want but when I try to do the same with the model tool it gives me this error for the street network dataset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Meters" NO_LINES_SOURCE_FIELDS NO_HIERARCHY #&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Start Time: Thu Mar 07 06:39:31 2013&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ERROR 030060: Could not open network C:\ISRB_PCC\Project\StreetMap_Data_10_2012-07-07\StreetMap_Data\streets.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Failed to execute (Make Service Area Layer).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Failed at Thu Mar 07 06:39:31 2013 (Elapsed Time: 0.00 seconds)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Failed to execute &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Where I can run network analyst manually without a problem using this same network dataset, I am not sure why this error. If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
