    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am doing this basic exercise: define some service areas with 500meters, 1000 meters and 1500 meters for random points. But I also want a way to define&lt;SPAN style="color: #242729; background-color: rgba(248, 248, 248, 0.6);"&gt;&amp;nbsp;physical barriers (like rivers or railwasys).&amp;nbsp;I've tried to use the restriction polygons of Network analyst "Make new service area", but at the end the result is the same with or without barriers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #242729; background-color: rgba(248, 248, 248, 0.6);"&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #242729; background-color: rgba(248, 248, 248, 0.6);"&gt;RS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
