      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Good Day,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have multiples points in shapefile format and want to connect all the points in one tour using the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;shortest distance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; as the criteria. The points are located @ Sea so i do not have any Route(road or Line feature) to follow.Please how do i go about this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
