Please contact your administrator” despite the license are assigned in the portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;Same issue was described at&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="" href="https://community.esri.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Furldefense.com%2Fv3%2F__https%3A%2Fcommunity.esri.com%2Fthread%2F187743-you-are-not-licenced-to-use-navigator-android__%3B%21%21HTp9Kzo%21yWyKscQxFA1Kf1bIuWtqosE1cJHl1S5QrT6I7NhztmRyusXSy5bHFUKJ-kgono5LkNWlUA%24" rel="nofollow" style="color: #287433; border: 0px; font-weight: inherit; text-decoration: none; padding: 0px calc(12px + 0.35ex) 0px 0px;" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;article by ESRI we are facing the exact same but with ArcGIS Navigator for android released 30th of June2020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;Keeping in mind that from the same device (Samsung Tab model number SM-T365 /Android 5.1.1) we are able to access our portal through browser and through ARCGIS Explorer using the same credentials moreover we have installed the SSL certificates locally on the device and no issue related to certificates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;Appreciate your support...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
