topic 00250 You are not licensed for StreetMap Premium North America in ArcGIS Navigator Questions

Hello everyone,

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.4.0. I created a ranch map (agriculture) and used the California Navigation (StreetMap Day) file as my base map. I am trying to package the map into a mobile file so that I can use it on my navigation mobile application. When attempting to package it I am getting error 00250 You are not licensed for StreetMap Premium North America and 24069 Live traffic is not supported when publishing to runtime. These errors are tied into the Routing_ND layer. I am a beginner user which gets me by to make maps, create layers, and import my GPS shapefiles, but I cannot find a solution to finish creating this navigation map.

I am licensed for ArcGIS Pro and Navigation.

Thank you.

Hi @AbrahamGarciaFarfan. If you are using the StreetMap Premium mmpk/maps and adding your own data/layers for reference, you will need a StreetMap Premium license. You can read more in the documentation here https://doc.arcgis.com/en/navigator/iphone/help/prepare-maps.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_9792D77054C64A6690D78DD33058B5C9. If you were using only ArcGIS Navigator with the supplied maps and without your data added to it, then you would be ok with your current licensing.
