There should be no need to manually edit/update the token config (JSON). If the token is generated, it should allow System Log Parser to access the logs. Also check the ArcGIS Server url such as (&lt;A class="link-titled" href="https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis" title="https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis"&gt;https://serverhost.domain.com:6443/arcgis&lt;SPAN style="color: #001000;"&gt;) is accessible from the machine running System Log Parser using the ArcGIS Server admin credentials.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps.
