Can ArcGIS Monitor be used to audit user access to services?

We are looking into ArcGIS Monitor to fulfill some security requirements to generate access / audit logs for all users on the system.

In short, which users are accessing which specific services, and when (for all users and all services).

Is this something supported by Monitor, and if not, does anyone know if such a product / tool exists?

This is telemetry functionality which is currently not available in ArcGIS Monitor 10.8.1. However, enabling this capability is on the longer term Dev roadmap for ArcGIS Monitor.
