      <description>&lt;P&gt;Totally agree.&amp;nbsp; Our security people typically block all HTTP calls with empty user-agent values, which took us a while to figure out that was causing some of our issues with Monitor.&amp;nbsp; Not very enterprise-y.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
