I used the remote PowerShell scripts and first performed the InstallAgents.ps1 to 18 servers. then after monitor server was upgraded, I used the ConfigureAgents.ps1 script to get them connected. Worked pretty well!

I currently Monitor 50 servers in our GIS Enterprise. I was wondering if I could install all the agents before upgrading Server? I'm currently running 2023.3 with out any agents. I want to install the 2024.0.1 agents on each server and not turn on the Window services for these agents until I have upgraded the server.

Is this possible?

Hi @SteveMcCarthy,

There is no harm in installing agents on the server machines, shutting the OS service off, and turning them back on and completing registration with AGM Server once it has been upgraded to 24.0.1.
