ArcGIS Monitor Authentication

I wonder how I can use the ArcGIS Monitor 2023 REST API. So far, I know I could access the https://mymonitor.domain/arcgis/monitoring/metrics_data/query only after I logged in via the browser. If I want to use the Postman, scripts, or other platform, I need a way to provide credentials or generate tokens to be authenticated. Could not find any documentation regarding this topic. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your question. I will provide step by step instructions on how to generate an ArcGIS Monitor token and authenticate future requests by the end of the day Eastern tomorrow.
