    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was not using RDP.&amp;nbsp; Just connecting a web browser on my desktop directly to the AGM server via HTTPS. The problem resolved itself the day after I lowered the Data Retention Policy. I can't say for certain that taking this action solved the problem.&amp;nbsp; If the problem happens again I will take the same action (lower the Data Retention Policy) and see if the problem resolves again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am going to log another bug with Esri Canada on this. Also having issues with Apply Labels whereby selecting multiple items and clicking Apply Labels and selecting a label causes the website to freeze up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0, we had a bug where batch labeling was not working when accessing&amp;nbsp;ArcGIS Monitor web app via remote desktop. This bug was fixed in Monitor 2023.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if the behavior you're both seeing with the empty pop-up might be caused by the same reason. Could you please check if you observe the same behavior, but not access&amp;nbsp;ArcGIS Monitor web app via remote desktop? TIA.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please work with Esri Canada Tech Support to examine your system environment, maybe there's some unusual system setting that's causing the issue(s)?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I experienced the same issue and opened a case with Esri Support.&amp;nbsp; Esri Support says this is an issue with the Esri Calcite components and will be addressed in a future ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3 release.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In an attempt to fix the issue, I used the new AGM 2023.2 "data retention policy" functionality to lower my data retention from the default 180 days to 14 days.&amp;nbsp; The next day, after making this change, the Collection status "pop up" issue was resolved - the pop-up was showing alerts again instead of nothing.&amp;nbsp; I don't know&amp;nbsp; if lowering the data retention policy fixed the issue or if it was just a coincidence the STATUS pop-up started working again&amp;nbsp; - just reporting what I saw.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tested with an upgrade from 2023.1 to 2023.2 and then set the retention policy to 14 days. I then stopped and started the AGM service. Checked the collection status and I still get the display issue. Looks like that may have been a coincidence. Did you install/uninstall anything on your personal computer that may explain the issue going away?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
