    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only type of data you can add to the BIS from a geodatabase is&amp;nbsp;point feature class data. Otherwise, you will add the raster elevation datasets directly to the BIS, and do not need to add them to a geodatabase first. The advantage to this approach is that you do not have to first copy your rasters to a geodatabase only to have them referenced by the BIS. They can be referenced from their original location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you add bathymetry data in raster format from within a File geodatabase. when I "add bathymetry" and brows to my file geodatabase, I only see the point datasets available. If I filter the file types to "file system raster" the FGDB does nto even show.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
