I cant create any fatures or edit existng ones as it gives the error provided in the image below

Non-linear feature error typically points to multipart features, which are not allowed in S-57. You will need to explode or otherwise convert your multipart features to single part.

Hi,

We had the same issue last week and our problem was a couple of empty and null geometries in a polygon. It is however a bit tricky finding these if you are working on a versioned enterprise geodatabase. If you are working on a file geodatabase you are able to find a couple of geoprocesses that may help you find such geometries.
