Syncing Map into Adobe Illustrate

In utilizing the argcis maps for creative cloud extention in arcgis, I made my own made gathering data from the arcgisonline option. When hitting sync, errors come up. Sometimes it indicates that the location it saved is invalid. Other times it just says what is in the attached. I have tried saving it in several different locations and that did not seem to work.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Can you try uninstalling the extension, and then reinstalling it? Let me know if that resolves the issue. If not, we can look into other options.
