Error 400 when syncing certain atlas living layers to map board

Hello,

For the past week I have been trying to create a map using any of the following Atlas Living Layers - Census White Population, Census Black Population, or Predominate Population - and I receive "Error 400: Traceback Info: "" File, line 360 in execute. I also tried by locating these maps through ArcGIS Online and manually adding the URL and I get the same error. I have done this successfully with other Atlas Living Layers but cannot get any of the race/ethnicity census maps to work. Anyone have any insight on this? For example this url: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=442bcd131cda447d9e46a966916df0ff or this: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=0fd7dc7c53c34b03ab4475d895b5d32f Again both are also included as living atlas layers but I am wondering if you cannot sync map image layers or if the files are too large?

Hi Adrienne Hall‌ we have found what this issue is, it's a bug (sorry). We have a fix already, and we are expecting to push an update to the app out in the next week or so (with a few other bug fixes and enhancements as well to go into version 1.2.1). Sorry for the inconvenience.
