Error 400: Unable to sync a basic map (Adobe Plus account)

I created a few excellent maps using the Illustrator extension a couple weeks ago with Legacy Profile (the only one available to with the Plus account). I was able to import lat/long coordinates, swap symbols, and sync maps.

Now when I open the extension I'm unable to sync the basemap.

I'm using Adobe Illustrator 2022 (v 26.3.1) on Mac OS 12.4.

Hi Janel, I'm having the same issue however with an ArcGIS online login/subscription as opposed to the Plus account. Also, I am on Windows. Hopefully we can get an answer!
