Adobe Illustrator Version V24.0 and not able to install ARCGIS Maps for adobe

I get an error when i try to download the latest version of ArcGIS Maps for adobe. Is there a link to download an older version compatible with the illustrator that I have, I checked and i have the 2020 version24.0 which should not be a problem. What I'm I doing wrong?

Hello Stella-MarisAgu,

I am sorry for the inconvenience you had with the installation of ArcGIS Maps for Adobe on Illustrator 2020 (v24). We are not able to reproduce the issue in-house. There are a couple of options you may want to try:

1. Install a newer version of Illustrator, like 2021 or 2022, and then install the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe app 3.1.

2. Install a version of Photoshop (2020 and above) and then install the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe app 3.1

The team will continue investigating the possible cause of the problem. To help with this investigation, could you please share with us some details on your environment setting, including

- Windows OS version

- Your OS locale

- What language version of Illustrator 24 installed

- The folder that Illustrator 24 is installed on your machine

- Is Illustrator 24 installed per machine or per user
