Problem installing ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud

I have a MacOS Catalina, V. 10.15.7 and Adobe Cloud is always up to date but the plug-in cannot be installed. See enclosed screenshot: Hope someone can help

Hi @ReginaHumphreys ,

For macOS, Illustrator version 25.2.3 continues to remain the latest compatible version for using the Maps for Adobe. We are in communication with teams at Adobe for a resolution to an underlying dependency issue that impact this. From a recent update in Illustrators public forums there is indication its fixed in the next update for Illustrator on macOS (Currently available in pre-release). We are watching out for availability of this in a public version upon which ArcGIS Maps for Adobe will be able to update too. Hope this helps.
