Trying to download Arcgismaps for adobe cloud

Trying to download Arcgismaps for adobe cloud but my computer says illustrator isn't downloaded. But it is and the right version. Any ideas would be greatful.

Solved. Had to reinstall an older version of adobe illustration.

An update for windows to support Illustrator version 25.3 and later is now available.

Hi @MadhuraPhaterpekar,

I have the same problem but I have a MacOS Catalina, V. 10.15.7 and Adobe Cloud is always up to date but the plug-in cannot be installed. See enclosed screenshot:
