"java lang exception error 400" when syncing map into artwork layers

Hello,

I'm having a similar issue to this post here, however I have tried a few things in the forum without success..

I get "java lang exception error 400" when attempting to sync my compilation map to the art board. The item is: https://ufl.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=33509270162844e5ac323a5857c4fa2f

However I would prefer to add the layer in the compilation window instead of importing the web map.

I have been able to successfully sync other maps with other data to the art board.
