ArcGIS Maps for Illustator: Timeout Error

Hello,

I am using Adobe Illustrator 25.2.3 and having an issue with creating a vector map.

When I choose VectorStreetMap in the Compilation, it would load up to 23% and becomes white screen and later show up a message "Timeout Exceeded."

I have copied and pasted the report below.

I installed earlier version 25.2.0 and tried again and no success.

Any help and comments would be appreciated.

Am also having the same issue. Adobe Illustrator 25.2.1. It seemed to work fine last week. Please keep us posted as to progress in fixing this.

The issue with VectorStreetMap and Natural Earth service layers not loading in Illustrator and Photoshop is now resolved. Thank you for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.
