JavaScript alert - could not download file

I've been using ArcGIS for Adobe Illustrator for weeks with no issues. All of a sudden, I'm receiving this error when I try to sync a map:

JavaScript Alert - file:///Library/Application%20Support/Adobe/CEP/extentions/com.esri.ArcGISMapsForAdobeCC/compilation.html
Could not download the file

I tried everything from restarting my computer (MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina), uninstalling Illustrator, reinstalling Illustrator, then reinstalling the ArcGIS extension. But I'm still getting the same error.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi Erica,

There was an intermittent issue with our servers over the weekend. We're still looking into it but please let us know if you're still seeing this behavior.
