I get a blank page after logging in.&lt;IMG alt="" class="jive-emoji image-1 jive-image j-img-original" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/475316_Capture.JPG" /&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled and reinstalled both illustrator and the extension. Nothing works. I am using illustrator 24.0.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Can you provide a screenshot of your enterprise login page in the app? We find&amp;nbsp;a problem of ArcGIS enterprise login configured with Azure or Windows active directory and is currently working on a fix.
