Problem with ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud extension login

Hi,

I have installed "ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud" successfully. I enter Authorization Code in Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 sent by ESRI via email using Complimentary Account then it shows invalid.

Kindly give me suggestion what should i do to resolve this issue.

Want to summarize for the community. This turned out to be an issue with the extension not working on specific Windows user profiles that has a special character in the profile name. We are working with Adobe to resolve this issue and will post updates here as they become available.

Update: Adobe has fixed this issue in the latest versions of Illustrator 24.2 and Photoshop 21.2. Thanks for reporting it to us.
