      <title>Downloaded Plug in and All I get is a Black Screen</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the plugin through Adobe and it seemed to install correctly. &amp;nbsp;However, I keep getting a black screen with no map window, nowhere to login...nothing. &amp;nbsp;I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin multiple times and keep getting the same result. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone had a similar issue or does anyone have a solution? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

So can you check for a few things on your machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please confirm if you have a config.json file installed on your machine in your users profile? In windows it should be under C:\Users\&amp;lt;user_name&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\m4cc\config.&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/358959_pastedImage_1.png" style="width: 620px; height: 134px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so can you please send a screen shot of what is in it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also wondering what is the&amp;nbsp;OS and Creative Cloud version on this machine?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Madhura&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
