DesignatedPoint_C feature class problem.

I trying to create cartograhpic features (DesignatedPoint_C) with Carto commander tool but don"t create cartograhpic features.
Only this feature class (DesignatedPoint_C) don't create cartographic feature. [ATTACH=CONFIG]34092[/ATTACH]
I created ATSRoute_C, Airspace_C and other feature class successful.

Can you verify that the DesignatedPoint_C feature class is registered as versioned with your geodatabase?

DesignatedPoint_C is Register as Version.

Couple questions to help diagnose the issue:

-Can you specify what version of the ArcGIS for Aviation solution you are using (i.e 10.2.1 patch 2)
-Is the Production Database and Product Library in an Enterprise geodatabase?
-If so, what RDBMS and version?
-When you run DesignatedPoint_C by itself and with other feature classes, do no feature get created in both cases?
-Is there an extraction query setup on the DesignatedPoint_C feature in the Product Library?
