The Enable Attachments tool, Data Management, shows that the problematic&nbsp;point feature layer as attachment enabled but it isn't. Working from Catalog, Create Attachments, creates a table, but I don't find a way to add attachments to that table, it only holds field names. There is another tool in Data Management, Add Attachments, involving a match table, but I don't have enough expertise to figure out how to use it, all attempts failed.
