But just can't go any further than that to come even closer to the example I attached with the post. I think after the map was created in ArcGIS, the person used Photoshop to enhance its visualization. But even then, I wish to make a similar map. Help anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Was wondering if someone in the community could show me how to make a make a map like the one I've attached here using the same technique. Would appreciate all the effort.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you gotten to the point of creating the mask layer? or are you having difficulties in general.&amp;nbsp; The instructions are pretty good, but generic, so you would have to equate a step with a tool or procedure to complete it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
