Your request is kind of vague. Could you provide some more context? What aspect of ArcGIS 10.4.1 are you interested in seeing a video of? Desktop? Server?

I am interested to see how can aviation chart, how can make AMDB (aerodrom mapping database ect..)?

and all video that that are doing for aviation..... i have see on Esri video or E360 Video but there arent all

so i need more from start on end of procedure i need only some example so i need you help.....

I am not aware of any tutorial/training videos on creating aviation charts with ArcGIS. I suggest you post your question in this GeoNet discussion forum, where you might have better luck,
