I've noticed that if the layer containing the dot data draws the dots too densely, it'll cause the&nbsp;map to completely crash (I'm using ArcMap 10.3, by the way). I know I can change the dot value so the map's not&nbsp;drawing as many dots, but I think important data is obscured&nbsp;if it's too sparse.
