When I run the Kriging method for interpolation it goes through with it, but it creates a solid color raster file. In the TOC the file displays 8 classes each one with a different color symbol. If you click with the Identify tool, does it return sensible numbers, or a constant value? If sensible, it's a display problem and you should <A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Calculate_Statistics/0017000000m3000000/">Calculate Statistics</A>.
