While we do not have the other amendment available as a dropdown in the tool, you can modify the parameters to get the proper amendment 33. I'm currently working on a task of delineating the areas to be surveyed for Area 2 in relation to ICAO eTOD requirements. I tried to use the OIS Identification Tool in ArcGIS for Aviation: Airport toolbar but I noticed that the height of the generated TIN starts at 3m. I assume that the parameters of the tool are based on ICAO Annex 15 Amendment 36 since the hard edge also resembles the areas 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d.
