Maplex Engine doesnt show up when exported map to pdf

Hi all

im using maplex engine for my labeling feature, when i see in the layout view i can see the label workd

but when i export it to the pdf my label doesnt show up..

its only show my feature

does anyone know how to fix this problem?

What version of ArcMap are you using?

I have followed the same workflow as you have mentioned and I am able to export the PDF without loosing any labeling.

Is it possible for you to provide the Map Package so that I can check the issue?

Hi Rudini Rudini‌

I have gone through your Map Package. But, No Labeling has been done in the map. I would really appreciate it if you could enable labeling and send it again so that I can export it as a PDF right away.
