Issues creating a Knowledge Graph in Arc GIS Knowledge

Hi Community, I am trying to build a knowledge graph in ArcGIS "manually" and for some reason I am only able to create the KG but with no nodes and relationship. Can anyone share with me a guide to creating my own KG with available data so I could practice for better understanding. Also, I wanted to ask if there is documentation on how to connect a graph created in Neo4j to the Arc GIS KG in the case where the first one is not available.

There are very few videos on the KG with no resources to help audience to practice. Eagerly awaiting response from some.
