    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 1.5;"&gt;I've downloaded the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/my-government-services/" style="line-height: 1.5;" target="_blank" title="My Government Services Package"&gt;MyGovernmentServices files&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 1.5;"&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've setup 4 layers in the LGM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 30px;"&gt;&lt;A href="http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/gis/rest/services/LGDM/GovernmentServices/MapServer/3" target="_blank" title="Museums"&gt;Museums&lt;/A&gt;, &lt;A href="http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/gis/rest/services/LGDM/GovernmentServices/MapServer/6" target="_blank" title="Libraries"&gt;Libraries&lt;/A&gt;, &lt;A href="http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/gis/rest/services/LGDM/GovernmentServices/MapServer/4" target="_blank" title="Community Centers"&gt;Community Centers&lt;/A&gt;, and &lt;A href="http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/gis/rest/services/LGDM/GovernmentServices/MapServer/8" target="_blank" title="Fire Stations"&gt;Fire Stations&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've placed the &lt;A href="http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/sandbox/MyGovernmentServices/" target="_blank" title="My Government Services Sandbox"&gt;MGS (MyGovernmentServices) Application online&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've edited the Operation Layers in config.js to point to the Layers (whether there is data there or not).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set the BaseMapLayers to the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;parcelMap : &lt;A href="http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer" title="http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer"&gt;http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;hybridMap : &lt;A href="http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer" title="http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer"&gt;http://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Set my Extent to "-10689100, 4317350, -10675300, 4323850"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Set the LocatorSettings to use this LocatorURL : &lt;A href="http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer" title="http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer"&gt;http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Set the geometry service to our service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Added both the sandbox and services url to the proxy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I get...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spent a bit tweaking this and that, trying to get SOME reaction, but nothing works...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if anyone that has done the MGS has hit similar walls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
