Passing x,y coordinates in AGOL or AGOL WAB to outlink URL

I'm looking for a ~fairly~ simple request, I think.

I want a user to click on the map, say at a point where the coordinates are x=100, y=30. And then, in my pop-up, I want to pass those as URL variables, similar to how you do for attributes. I have an outlink URL (<a href></a>) that I want those values to be appended to. So in this situation, the URL would be http://website.com/index.html?x=100&y=30

Any and all help is greatly appreciated! I'm not super familiar with JS, but this project was kinda thrust unto me, so I'm looking for all the help I can get!

Based on your post's tag's, I'm assuming you are using Web AppBuilder. Are you using the Online of Developer edition? That might help with others answering your questions.
