    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you looked thru the website&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="http://solutions.arcgis.com/#get-started" title="http://solutions.arcgis.com/#get-started"&gt;ArcGIS Solutions&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there are many types of "solutions" but &amp;nbsp;many, if not all of these use an enterprise ArcGIS Online account (that is, I don't think a personal or free account will work). &amp;nbsp;You can find out more about online, and see pricing&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisonline" title="http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisonline"&gt;ArcGIS Online&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It you haven't played with online at all yet, I would suggest getting a free account and giving it a try. Then, as Xander asked, maybe you can provide more details on what you are trying to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using ArcGIS 10.4.1, server and desktop.&amp;nbsp; Specifically I'm looking at using the Map Change Request solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i go to the solutions page, i'm only able to access solutions intended for 10.5 with Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are their archived solutions for older versions?&amp;nbsp; and how do i configure it to use my own data/map services?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
