Can we add demographic info field into Crowdsource Reporter app that links to their responses?

Hi, I'm currently using crowdsource reporter. I'm treating it not only as a platform to submit responses but rather like a survey for public participatory GIS.

My question is: Is there a way to add demographic information into the app without having to point any location? I just need one demographic category that links each respondents’ info to their responses as they are filling each survey field, like a normal survey. So instead of incorporating demographic questions into each field (pic below), I can save respondents from answering demographic questions again and again. I tried creating a demographic field but users are required to submit points on the map separately and it would probably not correspond to other field responses. Is there a workaround?
