Cannot find AI Data Explorer (Beta) in my instant apps options

I think this beta app was made available at some point in the base, but now I don't see it as an option. Our organization has AI assistants enabled, and beta features are not currently blocked. Has it been removed?

Hi Jay,

The Data Explorer template isn't currently in public beta, but will hopefully be available closer to the UC in the Instant Apps homepage along with our other templates. There is an Early Adopter community to test the beta, if you'd like to get access to this and more information on Data Explorer, feel free to email me @ chryse_morales@esri.com.

Also looking to try it out, from the documentation page, it appears it should be available. Is this still a special request?
