Category Gallery - Dashboard Link Issue

Hi there!

We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 and have a Category Gallery on our internal-facing Site which displays all the app-based content from a group, including instant apps, dashboards, and experience builder items.

When trying to open up the dashboard items from the Category Gallery, we get an error and the page doesn't load (screenshot attached). We can open those same dashboards completely fine directly from the Site or from the dashboard item page.

I have tried switching browsers, clearing the cache, etc, but unfortunately the error is the same. I noticed that the URL for the dashboard from the Category Gallery and from the dashboard item page is different - the page loads when I edit the URL and change opsdashboard to dashboards.

Not sure if this is a bug? Or if there is a workaround/suggested way to replicate the Category Gallery functionality in XB or WAB.

We also just encountered this issue on our portal, also at 11.4, and resolved it by editing the Category Gallery script ("apps/instance/filtergallery/index.js" in the Portal application folder) to generate the correct URL as noted. Not recommended to edit those files in general, but in this case, it seems like the most straightforward solution.

We had this issue on 1 of our enterprise portals, and the edit that Brandon mentions above does fix it.
