Attachment Viewer app - editing nor zoom to feature not working on mobile device

I have editing attributes functionality turned on for my attachment viewer, attachment-focused mode. The pencil icon nor zoom button in the pop-up does not show up in above the attribute table for the mobile device only. It makes the mobile version more difficult to use. Is there a fix for this?

On an iPad and laptop, the pencil and zoom icon shows up.

On the mobile device, it shows up like this:
