Instant App Recorder Editable Layer Issue

I've successfully added and formatted a feature layer (with settings set to public, editable) to my Web Map. My Web Map is added to my Configure Recorder Instant App. However, the layer will not show up here. I get the error "Web Map does not contain any editable layers." The feature layer on in my Web Map IS set to editable.

I've tried all settings I can think of, closing and restarting all the windows and still no luck. What is causing this error and how can I fix it?

In your contents, look at the hosted layer, under settings make sure it is editable there.
