Public Notification Instant App Search Distance toggle - can it be on by default?

Is it possible to set the 'Search Distance' toggle/slider to be on or open by default? I don't see a spot in the Instant App configuration to do it and nothing jumps out at me in the item JSON (in AGO Assistant).

While it's just one additional click I think our users will find this helpful since the purpose of the app is to generate a buffer off a selected feature rather than just select a feature.

Seconding this comment! The button is really small and it seems like this new app is already more clicks for our users than the old public notification widget.

Hi Adam and Jeff,

Thanks for bringing this up - we are making some small changes to the configuration of the list panel and adding a few more options for the app author. I will bring this back to the team and see what we can do to add an option to enable this by default for the upcoming release.

Also would be great to have the default units be feet instead of km.
