Problem with filter

Hello, I have the following problem. I have a map with a feature layer. This map is integrated into an instant app. Now I wanted to set up a few "match all expressions" attribute filters. However, there is a problem there. I get a filter 'Survey123 b84d359e7e6341e6ba6c847a6e7708a5' is displayed that doesn't exist and I can't set up a new filter. Please help

The web map might have a filter applied to it. You can cilck the X to delete it from the apps list of filters. When you say you can't add a filter what do you mean? You should be able to use the "Add Filter" button then walk through the steps to build a filter.

When i click the X, the filter widget start window reload. Then when I try to create a filter again, the survey123 b84d359e7e6341e6ba6c847a6e7708a5 appears again.

Is your map public? If so can you send me the link and I can take a look?

Do you need the app or the map ? Because there is no filter in the map itself. The problem occurs when creating the filter in the instant app.

There was a problem with my display. So i don't saw the filter options.
